Website privacy notice

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This notice explains how S4i — Solutions for Integrators handles personal information collected through this website. For information about our wider products and services, see our general privacy policy. Your use of this website does not, by itself, give consent to optional Analytics or marketing.

What we collect and why

  • Contact enquiries: your name, email, message and, if you choose to provide it, phone number. We use these details to respond and provide relevant business support.
  • Datasheet requests: your name, email and optional project notes. We use these details to provide the requested product information and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
  • Security and hosting: technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, may be processed to deliver the website, prevent spam and keep it secure.
  • Optional Analytics: only after you accept it, usage data and cookie identifiers help us understand and improve the website. Read our cookie information or use “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on consent for optional Analytics. We handle enquiries on the basis of steps you request before a contract, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and providing support. Security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Sending an enquiry or requesting a datasheet does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who processes website information

  • Google: Forms and Sheets record datasheet requests; Google Workspace email handles enquiries; Google Analytics processes optional website measurements.
  • Cloudflare: Turnstile provides anti-spam checks on the contact form.
  • Amazon Web Services: hosts the website in Sydney, Australia.

Access to enquiries and response sheets is limited to authorised people who need it for their work. We do not sell your enquiry information. Information may be processed outside your country, including Australia and countries where our providers operate. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements and transfer safeguards relevant to your request.

Provider information: Google privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and AWS privacy notice.

Retention

Our review period for closed contact enquiries and one-off datasheet requests is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. At review, information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Active customer, contractual, support and legally required records may need a different retention period appropriate to their purpose.

Cookie choices are retained in your browser for up to 180 days. This is separate from the retention settings for data already held in Analytics, email or Google Sheets. Withdrawing Analytics consent stops future collection; you can also contact us about information already held.

Your privacy requests

Email support@s4i.io to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about how it is used. Where applicable, you can also request restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and consider any legal requirements before completing a request.

Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month, with any permitted extension explained to you. You may complain to your relevant data protection authority. In Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about privacy complaints.
